Here's our feedback (Doreen and myself) on the trip:


Overall, both of us are happy and satisfied with the trip except with one hotel which we stayed after our Jeju trip before heading for Seoul. Apart from not being happy about making payment either in cash or bank transfer, we are satisfied with the service rendered by your company. I was wondering whether a list  names of our tour members could be included in future packages so that we could identify and introduce ourselves to one another. It was like half way the trip when I got to know some of the names of the tour members.

Food, itinerary and the services of our korean tour guide, driver and assistant were good and professional and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The only part we do not like were the side trips to the ginseng, liver centre and amethyst stores.

I am writing to commend Mr Thomas Quek who was our local guide for the trip to Kyushu from 28 Nov to 5 Dec 2012 organized by Nam Ho Travel .

Thomas is a highly dedicated and professional tour guide. He has remarkable interpersonal skills  which connects him with every member of the tour group.  He goes the extra mile to look after the young, old and also people like me who is a strict vegetarian.

The trip to Kyushu was one of the most enjoyable holidays for my family  and we would like to say a BIG “Thank You” to Thomas .

I would like to congratulate you for having Thomas Quek in your team and I am sure with his special X-factor, Nam Ho/TAS  will have many more satisfied customers.

We look forward to having Thomas as our tour guide on our next trip to Japan !

Also, great thanks to friendly and experienced tour guide in Taiwan, Mr Li Cheng Chun. I enjoyed the excellent service provide by NamHo. Great work, keep it up and hope even greater future services provded by NamHo! The trip was excellent with good food and pleasant accomodation. Dear Namho,


I wish to comment that the above was wonderful! Especially the Taiwan tour guide Meggie Du and the bus driver who drove us up and down throughout the journey.


I remember a incident when one of our oldest auntie who was having an stomach upset on one day, As she was too old that she only able to use those siting cubicle. The driver took the initiative to asked around. The tour guide was also patience enough. Another service that was the shop in Taiwan actually provide an service to send our purchase to our hotel for delivery back to Singapore. That was an good one. There was also a surprise birthday celebration! My friends and I enjoyed much.


The whole event we enjoyed but just that that was not enough time for some places of attraction like Yeliu, too many people and too rushing. I had also joined namho Korea trip before in 2009 and that was an just nice trip, not very rushing. Maybe Namho can consider replan the initinerary and allow enough time for photo taking and exploring around if possible.


I would like to also personally thanks the staff from namho especially Yan Ping who had actually helped us to arrange and reserved a requested siting arrangement to and from onboard flight Transasia.

I just want to commend on Joyce Soo for her incredible service, great attitude and superb efficiency!

I recently booked a 8 days Korea skiing plus Jeju from Joyce Soo  and right from the start of my query to payment, she has been wonderful every steps of the way.

As I am working in Indonesia and unable to visit Nam Ho office, hence all enquires had to be done through overseas phone call with Joyce.

We have few phone discussion over the period of few days and Joyce takes pride in her work. She has always been friendly, helpful, patience. She gives good advice, suggestion and solutions.
Her great work convince me that Nam Ho is the right travel agency for my Korea Holiday.
