Friends of Nam Ho runs a point accumulation program. You will immediately be
part of our friends of Nam Ho upon any booking is done after 24 September
2004. Every $1 you spent with us will entitle you to earn 1 point. Please note that
minimum 2000 points is required for redeemable of travel vouchers.

Accumulate Bonus Points during the month of your birthday – Book a tour packages with us on the month of your birthday will entitled you to earn $10 Nam Ho Travel Voucher. This birthday bonus voucher can only be issued upon Balance Payment or can be used upon your next visit. (Please inform our travel consultant if your birthday falls on the month of booking!)

* Privileges Important Notes:
- 1) Points will only be accumulated upon date of departure.
- 2) Points will be accumulated to the first name of the booking form only.
- 3) Points will not be recorded if passport number is not given.
- 4) Checking of accumulated points can only be check in our office. You can come down to our office yourself to check your points or call our main office at 62218433. Passport number and name must be given to be able to check your points.
- 5) Simply fill up a form in our office or send us an e-mail with your name and passport number to certify that you want to exchange your points with us.
- 6) Do allow maximum of 3 working days for claim processing.
- 7) I/C must be shown upon booking to claim for your Birthday bonus points.
- 8) Claims of free rooms are subjected to rooms availability and type of hotels are pre-assigned by Nam Ho Travel.
- 9) Claims will only be process upon customer request. Our travel consultant holds no responsible if fail to remind passenger of any claims they are entitled.
- 10) This Friends of Nam Ho will only take effect from 24 Sept 2004.
- 11) Voucher cannot be used with further discounts and promotion.
- 12) Terms & Conditions are subject to changes without prior notice.
