Q: What is the Car Park Rate in People’s Park Complex?
A: Monday – Saturday: $1.20 per ½ hr (7.00AM – 5.00PM) and $2 per entry (5.00PM – 7.00AM next day)
Sunday and Public Holidays: $3 per entry

 

Q: How to make a booking?
A: There are several of ways to make a booking.
1. Walk-in, you can come down to our office to make booking and pay a deposit. Click here to view our address.
2. Telephone, you can call our call centre to make a booking.
3. Online Booking, please refer to Online Service Enquiries for more information.
4. Enquiry Forms, email us at sales_enquiries@namho.com.sg for travel packages booking or ticketing@namho.com.sg for air ticket only booking.
5. Online Live Concierge, you can chat with our Online Operator to make a booking.

 

Q: What are the modes of payment?
A: We accept payment made by Cash, Nets, Cheque, I-Banking Transfer or Credit Cards (Please take note of the service fee). Payment made by installment plan, where applicable, is only valid for selected banks and subjected to bank’s approval and terms and conditions. Payment made by credit cards may not be applicable for certain promotional tours package. For online reservation, payment is accepted only via Paypal.

 


 

Q: What are the refund modes?
A: For cash, NETS, cheque and bank transfers payments, refund will only be made in the form of cheque and process will take about 1 – 3 weeks.
For Credit Card payment, refund will be made through credit card company and the refund process will take about 4 – 6 weeks.
During peak season, the refund process may take longer due to increase in transaction

Q: Do I have to sign up for an account before making a booking?
A: No, you do not need to have an account. Please refer below.

 

Q: How am I going to make a booking?
A:

Step 1. Go to the tour that you are interested and wish to place booking.

Click on the Price/Departure dates to know the price and the different departure dates.

 

 

Step 2. Scroll down and select on your desired Departure Dates and click "CHECK NOW".

 

 

Step 3. A box to select "Number of People" will pop up.

 

 

Step 4. Click "BOOK NOW" on your selected departure date.

 

 

Step 5. Fill up the Booking/Contact Details. Please provide the correct particulars.

 

 

Step 6. Follow by Tour Information and Booking Information. Click "Submit" when you are confirmed with your booking.

 

 

Step 7. You will direct to the Paypal page to make your payment. Login to your PayPal account if you have any. If not, you can click on the “Don’t have a Paypal Account” to proceed your payment.

 

 

Step 8. Proceed your payment with PayPal. Key in your card details and click “Review and Continue” to continue your purchase

 

 

Step 9. After review your information, proceed to payment by clicking “Pay Now”.

 

 

Step 10. Payment has gone through if you have reached this page. You will received a receipt from Paypal to your email. Thank you for shopping with Nam Ho and our sale consultant will contact you shortly.

 

 


 

Q: Do I have to pay for full amount after I have made an Online Reservation through this website?
A: No. You don't have to. We only required you to pay $50 deposit per person through Online Reservation. For the rest of the payment, you will have to make after the tour has confirmed.

 

Q: Is the deposit been made refundable?
A: No. Deposit collected online are non-refundable unless tour cancellation made by us.

 

Q: What is the refund mode?
A: If there is case whereby we need to cancel our tour, we will do a refund. The amount will be refund back to your PayPal account (Credit & Debit Cards)

 

 

Q: When and how do I have to pay for my Balance Payment?
A: After our sale consultant has called you to confirm your booking, you may come down for the balance payment. You have to make your balance payment within 3 working days after the call.

 

Q: Is this instant confirmation?
A: For the time being, it is not instant confirmation. Our sale consultant will call up to you to confirm the tour.

 

Q: How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
A: After you have made your payment, you will receive an email from us. Please allow at least 3-4 working days for our staff to get back to you regarding your booking.

 

Q: Is the amount shown in the Price/Departure Date a final amount?
A: No. The prices do not include Airport Taxes and any other Visa Fees.

 

Q: What is the Single, Twin, Triple means?
A: Single means only 1 traveller. Twin means that there are 2 travellers. Triple mean that there are 3 travellers. The price stated in the table is the price for each travellers.

 

Q: How am I going to calculate if there is 2 travellers?
A: For 2 travellers, you will see the price table under "Twin". The price stated in the table is the price for 1 traveller. Example: $200 is shown in price table under "Twin". Total amount for the travellers will be $200 x 2 (Exclude Airport Taxes)

 

Q: Will there be any extra charges if I made an Online Reservation?
A: No. There will be not any extra charges.

 

Q: I want to book for a tour but there is no "Book Now" Icon instead of "E-mail us". What does that mean?
A: If you see a "E-mail us" icon, it means that the tour is either fully booked or limited seats left. You may email or call us to reconfirm.

 

Q: I want to book one of the tour, but there is no price table and no "Book Now" button.
A: For the time being, only confirmed departure group tours are able to book online. Please contact our sale consultants and they will advised you the price and assist you in booking.

 

Q: Help! I still have no idea how to book online!
A: Don't worry! You may call our main office at +65 6221 8433 (Tour Department), they will be glad to teach you.
