1. Sales Executive (MICE)
Requirements

• Only for Singaporean or PR
• Relevant experiences in Travel Industry with knowledge of Abacus - Ticketing preferred
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Handle Group Sales Enquiries
• Build and maintain long term relationships with airlines, overseas suppliers etc
• Coordinate with airlines and issuing of Air-Tickets
• Coordinate and confirm land and hotel arrangements
• Generate budget, invoices and exchange orders

 
2. Operation Executive (Full Time)
Requirements

• Only for Singaporean or PR
• 2 years of relevant experiences in Travel Industry with knowledge of Abacus - Ticketing
• Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Handle FIT/GIT bookings
• Build and maintain long term relationships with airlines, overseas suppliers etc
• Coordinate with airlines and issuing of Air-Tickets
• Coordinate and confirm land and hotel arrangements
• Generate budget, invoices and exchange orders
• Support Product Executive/Manager in all ways
• Assisting in doing Sales Kit

 

3. Product Development Executive (Full Time)
Requirements

• Only for Singaporean or PR
• Min 3 years of relevant experiences in Travel Industry with knowledge of Abacus
• Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Creative with marketing sense & meticulous character
• Committed and able to work independently
• Able to adapt fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with oversea associates)

Responsibilities

• Research, be updated and promote travel destinations and itineraries
• To achieving and exceeding sales targets set as well as providing strong support to sales counters.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations and training to staff.
• To interact with the customers and ensures an overall customer satisfaction
• To liaise with Corporate partners such as Airlines and Hotels and overseas partners

 

4. Travel Consultant (Full Time/Part Time)
Responsibilities
  • You are required to handles tour
  • Inquiries from phone calls, walk in and emails.
  • Ensure to deal with airlines and hotels reservations
  • Ensures an overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Only for Singaporean or PR
  • 2 years of relevant experiences in Travel Industry with knowledge of Abacus
  • Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
  • Willing to work on routine hours and shift duties on weekends
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin
  • No experience candidate will be considered as well.
     
5. e-Commerce and Creative Executive (Online Marketing)
Requirements
• Only for Singaporean or PR
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and work under pressure
• English and Mandarin speaking
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office application and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage
• Fresh Grads are welcome
Responsibilities

• Planning and executing online advertising and promotion activities/ campaigns
• Provide Online Marketing Support to the Online Sales Team
• Work closely with the web vendor for web support
• Maintenance of website such as upload online content like Tour Packages
• Handling of SEM/SEO to promote company’s products
• Planning and design each month’s eDm
• Responsible for yearly. Monthly online marketing budget
• Design online marketing materials which also includes itineraries.
